Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchange
- No returns accepted.
- Exchange only for damaged or defective products.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim exchange for damaged products.
2. Damaged / Defective Items
- Notify us within 2–3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the damage.
- Upon verification, a replacement product will be arranged.
3. Process for Exchanges
- Contact customer support with order details, unboxing video, and photos.
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped.
4. Refund / Exchange Timeline
- Eligibility: Only products that are received in a damaged condition are eligible for exchange.
- Unboxing Video Required: Customers must share a clear unboxing video as proof of damage. Without this, claims cannot be processed.
- Reporting Period: Customers must notify us of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Verification: Once the unboxing video and claim are verified, we will arrange for an exchange.

- Refunds: We do not provide refunds. Only exchanges are allowed for damaged items.
