Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchange

  • No returns accepted.
  • Exchange only for damaged or defective products.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim exchange for damaged products.

2. Damaged / Defective Items

  • Notify us within 2–3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the damage.
  • Upon verification, a replacement product will be arranged.

3. Process for Exchanges

  • Contact customer support with order details, unboxing video, and photos.
  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped.

4. Refund / Exchange Timeline

  • Eligibility: Only products that are received in a damaged condition are eligible for exchange.
  • Unboxing Video Required: Customers must share a clear unboxing video as proof of damage. Without this, claims cannot be processed.
  • Reporting Period: Customers must notify us of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Verification: Once the unboxing video and claim are verified, we will arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchange Timeline:
    • Verification will be completed within 2–3 working days.
    • Replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds. Only exchanges are allowed for damaged items.
